Henry's String Beans

Olive oil to coat bottom of pan
1 chopped onion, cooked until wilted
add about 1 c chicken broth and reduce to about 1/4 liquid
add string beans (cut them up and put in water so they're rehydrate, do so beforehand) and cook until done
